Prince Alastair and Prince Cadmaell

You enter Alastair's Chambers [[Walk up to him->Hi Prince]]

Prince Alastair turns around "Hi handsome" [[Hi beautiful->Choice 1]] [[Hug him.->Choice 2]]

You notice that he stares at you longingly, and replies, "Our wedding is coming up soon. I'm excited for our big day. Our kingdoms will have a benefical connection. With my brains and your brawn, we can make great changes." [[Agree with him->Choice 3]] [[Hold him close, kiss his forehead->Choice 3]]

He melts in your arms, and sighs heavily and replies, "I can't wait for our wedding day. We'll make a lot of changes - for the better." [[You're Right. With my army, and your scholars we'll be very successful->Choice 3]]

The sound of a warning horn sounds through the walls and through the gates. [[Run towards the armorery->Armory]] [[Hide with Alastair->Defeated]] [[Run towards the sound of Battle->To Battle]]

Within the Armory you see many weopons. What do you choose? [[One Handed Sword and Shield ->Do I need Armor?]] [[Greatsword->Do I need Armor?]] [[Bow->Do I need Armor?]] [[Use my side-sword even though it's decorative->Do I need Armor?]]

Rushing into Battle with your side sword, you realize it might not be the best weapon, but you'll think it'll do for now. It's important not to waste time. You find your troops and rush into the courtyard with them. [[Battle 1]]

You scream, "For Prince 2"! You rush in, and fight. There are so many troops, and they're using different weapons? Some sort of magical beams? Infantrymen rush in and overwhelm you and your troops..You feel a seering pain in your back. You look down and see a sword tip protruding from your back. Darkness clouds your vision..... You feel warmth throughout your body. A voice rings, "Prince Cadmaell!! Wake up!!" Was that Parisa, my fairy? There were so many...am I okay? [[Wake, and stand up->Wake up 1]]

You stand up, and you see the destruction around you. You hear people yelling in the background that the Prince has been captured. No. It can't be! I failed him... [[Rush to the throne room]]

You scream, "For Prince 2"! You rush in, and fight. There are so many troops, and they're using different weapons? Some sort of magical beams? Infantrymen rush in and overwhelm you and your troops. Despite being prepared, you are overwhelmed. You slay one assailant after another, but they keep coming. You are knocked down and overwhelmed. Your weapon falls to the ground and you begin to fall. [[Darkness falls]]

You rush to the throne room and find that there are many slain gaurds and indeed Prince Alastair is missing. Your father-in-law is surrounded by subjects making plans. You approach: [[My King, I will rescue him->Volunteer to rescue]] [[My King, what can I do? ->King assigns]]

"Very well. I will entrust you to rescue my son. We were overwhelmed and attacked very suddenly. We have reports that they are headed north." [[Thank you. I will go alone and bring him back safely.->Onto Rescue]]

"Are you well enough? I know your party was overwhelmed, luckily the blessing of your family has saved you." [[I am well enough. I will bring my love back safely.->Onto Rescue]]

In order to move quickly, I'll need to go alone. I need to make sure I have the supplies necessary first. [[Proceed with Sword & Shield with Armor->Shield]] [[Proceed with Sword, Bow and Armor ->Sword only]]

You push on for as long as you can go. You are getting very tired. This looks like a good place to rest. It's deep in the forest, and you see a nice clearing. [[Contiue to push on->Pass out]] [[Begin Making camp in the clearing->Encounter 2a]] [[That seems suspicious. Quietly pass by and find a different spot->Successful Sneak]]

As you begin your journey, your anxiety is ever increasing. You know that Prince 2 needs your help. You love him, you feel you failed him, and you are worried that he's hurt. It's starting to get dark though, you probably should rest for the night. [[I need to make good time and push on as far as I can ->Pass out]] [[Make camp for the night. My prince needs me alive and well->Encounter 1a]] [[That seems suspicious. Quietly pass by and find a different spot->Successful Sneak]]

As you wake up, it's a new day. Time to keep going. There's a town nearby. I should stop there. [[Onto Virgil]]

You keep going, and suddenly, darkness begins to cloud your vision. You're so tired, a sharp pain overcomes you, you fall to the ground. I should have rested.... [[Wake Up]]

As you're making camp, you hear some rustling in the bushes nearby. An ambush. What do you do? [[Pull out sword and attack]] [[Pull out bow and ready to shoot]]

You wake up, and realize you're back on the castle grounds, there's destruction everywhere. This feels familiar. People in the backgroung are yelling that the prince is missing. Oh no, I should have rested. [[Rush to the throne room]]

You rush forward to the sound and find the assailant. There appears to only be one. [[Hold sword threatingly->Attacked from behind]] [[Immediately attack->Strick one down]]

As you pull your out your bow, you nock the arrow. [[Approach slowly, ready to shoot->Catious Approach]] [[Demand they reveal themselves->Negotiation]]

The assailant drops their sword and holds up as if to surrender. Their eyes flicker to the side and you feel a blow to your back. [[Turn and attack->1 down]] [[Try to negotiate->Struck down, no rest]]

Knowing that this is an ambush, you rush and attack. The battle was tough, but you were trained well. He falls, and another rushes at you. [[Shoot with Bow->Enemy 2 down]] [[Rush and attack->Enemy 2 down]]

You feel successful as you take down one assailant. You turn and the other assailant pulls a knife and rushes at you. [[Shoot with Bow->Enemy 2 down]] [[Rush and attack->Enemy 2 down]]

As you try to negotiate, the assailant attacks again. Darkness falls, you are in pain.... [[Wake Up]]

The assailant falls to the ground. You are successful, but even more exhausted. [[Lay down to sleep->Rest 1]]

The Town, Virgil, is a larger town, and is full of energy and activity. As you walk down, you are recognized and people call out your name. [[Stop and Talk with the locals]] [[Waive and proceed to Duke Virgil's Home]]

"Prince Cadmaell! When is the wedding?" [[Soon, but alas, my love was taken. Prince Alastair is being held captive->Response 1]] [[I must save my Prince Alastair first. He was captured in the seige!->Response 2]]

There is not much time, and you need to get information quickly on the wherabouts of the captors. Hopefully Duke Virgil has heard some news. [[Announce your arrival to the guards->Duke Virgil]]

You hide with Prince Alastair. You are found, and try to fight them off. You are overwhelmed.... [[Darkness falls]]

As you approach, you see that it looks like it is one Bandit. [[Shoot them down ->Enemy 1 Down]] [[Demand they surrender->Negotiation]]

As you approach, they drop their weapon. As they do so, their eyes flicker and you feel a blow from behind. This negotiation is not going well. Luckily your armor takes the blow. [[Turn and shoot->Bandit 1 down]] [[Drop bow, draw sword and attack-Bandit 1 down]]

The Bandit falls, but another comes rushing through the other side behind you. [[Turn and Shoot]]

You expertly turned and shot the bandit, close quarters combat isn't really for bows, but you succeeded. The Bandit your originally approached attacks, just after you turned around. You didn't have enough time to react. [[Darkness falls->Struck down, no rest]]

As you drop the bow, you expertly pull out the sword and strike the charging enemy down. As you strike down the rushing bandit, you immediately turn and see the other bandit ready to attack. Luckly you have your sword, you turn and quickly attack the second bandit down. You're exhausted. You should rest. [[Lay down ->Rest 1]]

You were successful in passing by without making a sound. As you pass by, you notice that there were some bandits awaiting for a passerby to make camp so they could ambush. [[Make camp and rest for the night->Rest 1]]

"Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that! Are you well? Do you need supplies?" As the local says this, a passerby scowls and spits on the ground near your feet. [[Thank you kind one! I need to speak with Duke Virgil->Duke Virgil]] [[Spit back at the passerby->Brawl]] [[Scowl back, but ignore. Thank you for your kindness. I need only to speak with Duke Virgil->Duke Virgil]]

"This is grave news. You will save him, won't you?" [[Yes, I will fight for my life, to save my love. We are to be wed, and they will pay for taking him!->Bid Farewell]]

The Guards announce your arrival. Duke Virgil greets you warmly, "Prince Cadmaell! Welcome! I assume you are here due to the tragic news we heard this morning?" [[Thank you! Yes, have you any word on which way they're headed?->News of Direction]]

As you scowl and spit back at the passerby, they turn and demands you fight them. [[I am a Prince, I should not fight with someone so lowly->Decline Admirably]] [[Fight him->Fight]]

Alas, I must be on my way. Thank you for your kindness. I'll bring him back safely! [[Proceed to Duke Virgil's->Duke Virgil]]

As they get in your face, proclaming your love is unnatural, a calmness eases over you, and you reply, "I shall not take this offense as treason against your Prince Alastair, for that would result in imprisonment. Be on your way, and I shall forget this altercation." Their face turns a ghostly white, and they apologize and are on leave in a hurried fashion. [[Continue to Duke Virgil's->Duke Virgil]]

They are in your face, yelling demeaning phrases, calling you unnatural, and your love punishable. Anger overcomes you, and you throw a punch, hitting them squarely in the jaw. They become further enraged and begin fighting back. [[Call for Guards->Guards Arrest them]] [[Continue to fight->Fight 2]]

They swing, and hit you in the nose. Your nose is gushing blood. Guards rush in and attempt to restrain the villager. [[Tell the guards to let them go->Fight 3]] [[Allow the guards to take them away->Guards Arrest them]]

Unadmirably, you continue to fight, getting punches in. As you trade blows, you sense that they're about to fall. [[Stop fighting and back down->Back down]] [[I'm not finished until they're down->Fight 4]]

As you back down, the villager pulls begins to fall. Seeing this as the time to leave you get the idea that you've probably made your point. [[Have guards arrest them->Guards Arrest them]] [[Turn around and head to Duke Virgil's->Attacked from Behind]]

You finish them off. As they lay unconscious, people gasp, and back away from you. Father will hear of this...this probably wasn't the most noble of actions...better hurry on out. [[Talk with Duke Virgil->Duke Virgil's Brawl]]

The soldiers announce your arrival. Prince Cadmaell. I hear you've stooped to fighting peasants. You don't look so great. You should wash up before coming next time. I must say, I'm disappointed. I understand why you'd want to defend yourself, but such actions are not noble. [[I will always defend my love from miscreants. I do not apologize->No Apology]] [[You are correct. I should not have fought with them. Do you have news of Prince Alastair's whereabouts?->News of Prince Alastair]]

You feel a sharp pain, right between your armor. The Villager had a knife, and pulled it on you as you turned the other way. [[Darkness falls->Unconscious Rested 1]]

They appear to be headed due East now. A scout brought news, and Prince Alastair appears to be doing well. They have him tied and locked in a jailers carriage. [[Thank you Duke! I will be on my way to save my love->Track the Party]]

With this news in mind, I should get supplies, rest up and move to save Prince Alastair. [[Proceed to get supplies and rest->Rest 2]] [[No time, I must save him! ->Prince Alastair Encounter]]

You have rested up, and have supplies for the travel back home. [[Proceed to save Alastair]]

You travel for nearly the whole day. You see a fire in the distance, it appears relatively close. That must be the party with Prince Alastair! [[Go towards the fire]]

Feeling rested, you travel on, and make good time. Since you are rested, you were able to track down the horde very quickly. You see that they have stopped for a quick rest. [[Approach cautiously to negotiate with the Captain->Negotiation 1]] [[Charge in and attack-> Attack the horde]]

As you approach the fire, the horde sees you and begins to ready themselves for an attack. [[Demand Prince Alastair back->Horde fight 1]] [[Begin attacking the nearest enemy->Horde Fight 2]]

The Horde begins laughing. The Captain comes out. What is this? Prince Cadmael coming alone to save Prince Alastair? This is laughable. How do you think you can win this? You are outnumbered. [[I will win this. We will duel. If I win, you give him to me.->Duel 1]]

As you begin fighting, you hear Alastair yell your name, and you turn aroung just as a battle axe is being brought down onto you...sharp pain spreads through your body and your weapons clatter to the ground. [[Darkness falls->Unconscious Rested 1]]

The Captain considers for a moment. All right, I'll duel you. If I win, you will fall, and I will take Prince Alastair and his kingdom. If you win, I will fall, and this army will be yours. [[Good. Let us duel.]]

As you prepare to duel, you're feeling very tired...maybe I should have rested before I continued on. I should be okay. [["Let's do this." Pull out your sword ->Duel 1a]] [[I can't do this. You win.->Surrender, Game Over]]

The Captain pulls out his sword, and you fight. He is very strong, and appears to be well rested. This was a mistake. You continue to fight, but you are overwhelmed by his powerful strikes. Your sword is knocked from your hand, and before you know it, Alastair yells your name, and you are falling to the ground... [[Darkness falls->Unconscious Rested 1]]

You drop your weapons and allow them to take you into custody. You were not able to save Prince Alastair, at least you are with your love... Game Over.

You rush in and attack. You scream, "For Alastair!" As you do this, the horde rushes in and attacks. You are outnumbered and overcome. Prince Alastair yells your name, and suddenly you're falling, overwhelmed and overcome. [[Darkness falls->Rested 2]]

You approach and demand to speak with the Captain. The soldiers you approached disarm you and bring you to the Captain's quarters. [[Captain's Quarters]]

You are brought to the Captain's tent. He has a smug grin on his face. Prince Cadmael. I'm sorry my troops failed to finish you off in the attack. Well, at least you've come to me willingly. This will make things easier. [[I demand a duel. If you win, you take my kingdom, and his kingdom, and you can have my life. If I win, you let my Prince go, and we take your army.->Duel 2]]

He considers. You are but a young soldier. I have years of experience. I accept your challenge. Let us duel. Guards! Give him his sword. [[You are unbound, and given your sword->Duel 2a]]

As you prepare to fight, you turn and see Prince Alastair. He stares at you, worried, and nervous. He mouths, "I love you, be careful". You feel invigorated, and renewed. [[Take first strike->First Attack]] [[Hold your ground, wait for his attack->Captain Attacks]]

You take the first swing, the Captain expertly parries and lands a blow. That stung. [[Attack again ->Second attack]] [[Hold your ground and wait for his attack->Captain Attacks 1]]

The sting from the first attack causes your angry to fill. You rush in and attack a second time. The captain steps aside and takes another slash. Give it up Prince Cadmaell, this is pathetic. [[I will not give up! Rush in for another attack->Attack 3]] [[You're right. I can't beat you->Surrender, Execution Game Over]]

As you hold your ground, the Captain goes in for a strike. You see it, and parry the attack. [[Take an oppurtunity attack->Oppurtunity Attack]] [[Hold another attack->Attack 7]]

As you rush in again, he laughs, but this time his confidence is his downfall. You take one swing, feign to the right, and he moves to block, but you tricked him and landed a nasty blow. [[Ready for another attack->Attack 4]] [[Take another oppurtunity attack->Captain Counter-attacks]]

As you surrender, the Captain laughs, and pulls out Parisa. He knew about her. He cages her, she is unable to escape. He walks over to you, and brings his sword down, for one final blow. Game over.

Controlign the urge, you back up and ready for another attack. The Captain swings, you block it this time. You are able to take an attack of oppurtunity. [[Ready another Attack->Attack 5]] [[Strike Again->Captain Counter-attacks]]

In your zealous effort, you attack again, and the Captain counter-attacks. He parries your blow, and lands the final blow on you. Sharp pain fills you, Darkness begins to fall, you hear Parisa being captured...she won't save you this time. He knew you're secret... Game over.

That appeared to be a good hit. The end of this could be near. I just need to be careful. [[Ready another attack->Attack 6 (Game Over)]]

The Captain grins, and knocks your sword out of your hand unexpectedly. He laughs as his he lands one last final blow...you hear Parisa as she is taken, you won't be able to come back this time... Game Over

You go to take the oppurtunity attack. You succeed and land a successful blow. The Captain grimaces. Two blows. [[Quickly attack again->Captain Counter-attacks]] [[Ready an Attack->Cautious Approach (Win)]]

As you go to attack again, the Captain sees this as an oppurtunity, and takes his strike. He slashes right across your gut. Luckily your armor was there as protection, but it still came through some. [[Back off and hold an Attack->Attack 8]] [[Attack again->Captain Counter-attacks]]

Stinging from the last attack, you back up and ready another attack. The Captain moves forward slowly, taunting you. [[Hold steady->Attack 9]] [[Attack him->Captain Counter-attacks]]

The Captain grimaces. He doesn't seem to be doing well. He goes in, seemingly desperately. You dodge his attack and land a finishing blow. He falls to the ground, and the soldiers turn and kneel in respect. [[Release Alastair]]

As the soldiers bring you to Prince Alastair's holding, he begins crying. My Prince! You've come to save me! I knew you'd save me. I love you so much!! [[Of course my Prince! You are my world, I would not let them take you away from me.->Wedding Day]]

You see an oppurtunity. You see it in the movement of his feet. He's about to attack. You side step and land a blow. It seemed to be a very good hit. [[Land the final blow->Captain Counter-attacks]] [[Stay steady, wait for an oppurtunity->Cautious Approach (Win)]]

You are home with Prince Alastair. This is the day. The forging of kingdoms. You and Alastair will inheirit your respective family's Kingdoms. You are have gained one more kingdom in this fight, and have gained more soldiers. You are ready, and it is time to walk your new husband down the Aisle. [[Find Prince Alastair]]

Prince Alastair is waiting. He looks amazing. You take his arm in your arm, and begin to walk through the doors to be wed. [[Proceed down the Aisle]]

The Wedding Hall is crowded, people are cheering for you two. As you both walk down the aisle, and approach the Justice of Peace. It is time for the love of these two to become Eternal. Long may you reign a harmonious kindgom, and battle the adversity. To our First married Kings! Here, here! A resounding, "Here, here" is heard throughout the hall. [[Take Alastair's hands and seal the marriage]]

As you take Alastairs hands, silence falls. You vow your eternal love and gratitude for Alastair. You start crying out of joy, Alastair wipes away your tears and agrees to accept the marriage. As you kiss him to seal the marriage, the crowd erupts in cheers. You've married the love of your life, and gained two kingdoms. This is a great day. End.
